How can I integrate Metric Identity with my existing systems?

Metric Identity provides APIs that allow seamless integration with your existing systems. To get started, you can obtain the API keys from the platform and follow the provided documentation for implementation.

How can I export verification data from the platform?

What are the industry-standard match scores for picture and liveness detection?

Inpath Technologies recommends an 80% picture match score and a 70% liveness score as the industry standard for facial verification.

Why does Metric Identity prefer mobile verification over webcam verification?

How can we ensure the secure storage of API keys?

Metric Identity restricts access to API keys to authorized personnel, such as business managers, to maintain security. It is recommended that you follow best practices for API key management, such as using secure storage solutions and implementing access control mechanisms.

I already have my merchant key from a Identity-issuing Authority, can I still use Metric and its features for identity verification?

If you have an existing merchant key, you can use Metric as a middleware, by signing up with Metric and inputting your merchant key on your account profile. Note that your merchant information is only available to the system administrator for your organization, with daily transaction reports for your reconciliation purposes. Configure the verification settings according to your organisations needs, and use the API documentation to integrate the services provided by Metric into your system.

What measures does Metric Identity take to ensure data protection and security?

Metric Identity adheres to industry standards and regulations for data protection and security. The platform employs encryption, secure data storage, and access control mechanisms to safeguard user data.
