Roles and Permissions
In the Metric Identity platform, various roles and permissions are assigned to users based on their responsibilities and the scope of their access within the system. This section outlines the roles and permissions for different user types within the platform.
System Administrator
System Administrators have the highest level of access and authority within the Metric Identity platform. They have privileges to:
- Approve or Reject onboarding requests from organizations.
- Read, Update and Delete user accounts.
- View and generate reports.
- Invite users to organizations.
- Access verification transactions for audit purposes.
Partner Organisation Roles
For partner organisations, the following roles exist:
- Business Manager
- Department Manager
- Branch Manager
- Search Officer
The Business Manager acts as the System Administrators for the partner organization. Their privileges include:
The Department Manager has access to reports and verifications specific to their department only. Their privileges include:

The Search Officer has limited access. Their are restricted to:
